My treatments aim to holistically regulate functional disorders, pain, and stress symptoms. Through targeted techniques, I promote the body's self-regulation, improve circulation, release tension, and activate the flow of energy.
Seng Kit (SK) 誠傑 is my Chinese first name.

ABOUT ME

Sengkit D. Yeung
Founder and Director of Sengkit Movement
As a movement practitioner and naturopath specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I am happy to support you on your path to greater regeneration and development.
Education and qualifications:
Dipl. Acupuncturist TCM-FVS
Dipl. Tuina Therapist TCM-FVS
Registered in the TCM Professional Association, EMR, SNE, asca, medgate
Professional background:
Born and raised in Zurich, I come from a trilingual family. My father is originally from Hong Kong and my mother from Portugal.
I started practicing kung fu at the age of six. Later, I discovered breakdancing, which intensified my passion for precise body control and creative movement. I was particularly fascinated by the popping dance style, which I specialized in. I won several dance championships and participated in shows, theater productions, commercials, television programs, and talent shows.
My passion for movement led me to teach dance and movement as a lecturer at the Zurich University of the Arts (HFZUB).
The path to Traditional Chinese Medicine:
In addition to dance, I expanded my knowledge to include calisthenics and the holistic approach of "Movement." This led me to TCM, which I studied in Switzerland and deepened with the goal of supporting people in their healing process.
The human body and mind have always fascinated me. Through my own physical activity and continuing education with renowned professors and specialists at home and abroad, I have developed a deep understanding of the human body, which I continue to expand.
Continuous training:
I am convinced that true expertise comes from continuous education. My motto is: "Practice what you preach." Therefore, I always strive to expand and deepen my knowledge. I am currently attending a two-year advanced course in Chinese herbal medicine to further deepen my knowledge and be able to provide even more targeted support. I will complete this course in early 2026.
Languages:
I am happy to advise you in German, Chinese, Portuguese, French, English or Swiss German.
I look forward to accompanying you in your healing process.
