General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all orders, bookings and registrations for treatments made via the website sengkit-movement.com or at the SENGKIT MOVEMENT practice, Bahnhofstrasse 6, 8952 Schlieren.
By registering or placing your order, you accept the prices and terms and conditions of SENGKIT MOVEMENT.
Different conditions only apply if they have been expressly acknowledged by SENGKIT MOVEMENT in writing.

2. Registration and cancellation treatments
Registrations (online calendar, email, telephone) for treatments are final and binding. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged.

3. Punctuality and delays
In order to avoid waiting times, treatment appointments are fixedno agreed. These dates are reserved exclusively for you. Unfortunately, if you arrive late, the treatment time cannot be extended.

4. Disclaimer and Insurance
PPatients are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage. Using the SENGKIT MOVEMENT systems is at your own risk.
The risk of any non-appearance, for example but not exclusively due to illness or accident, is the responsibility of the participant.

5. Prices
AAll prices on the SENGKIT MOVEMENT website are in Swiss francs CHF. Postage, packaging and shipping costs are not included in the product sales priceincluded.

6. Postage and packaging
LiOffers from the online shop (T-shirts, vouchers, etc.) are deliveredexclusively within Switzerland: a flat rate for postage and packaging is charged per order. The shipments are sent via B-Post. The postageand packaging costs are shown directly in the online order confirmation.

7. Shipping / transport risk
SENGKIT MOVEMENT assumes no responsibility for any damage occurring during transportation or resulting from delays beyond its control. The shipping provider (e.g. post office/carrier) is generally liable for damaged shipments.

8. Retention of title
DThe delivered products remain the property of SENGKIT MOVEMENT until the entire claim has been paid in full.

9. Right of withdrawal / right of return

SENGKIT MOVEMENT provides information to customersons and offers from you, e.g. in the form of emails. By registering, booking an appointment or ordering a product, you agree that relevant messages can also be sent electronically.

12 Changes to offers, prices and terms and conditions
